BE THE CHANGE:  Clean Up The Wetlands and Take out the Trash

The popular art of Burlesque is having a major Renaissance here in Los Angeles, and you can catch some of the best our city has to offer on Saturday nights at East Side Luv. EAT: Green Corn Tamales at El Cholo

If you haven’t already stopped by El Cholo for their seasonal sweet green corn tamales then get your giddy up on before they’re gone for another year. This annual tradition lasts through October, and during this time you can also catch El Cholo’s very own Mariachi band on Thursdays from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
