Kids Yoga Training-You’re Never Too Young To Om

When we think of Yoga, perhaps it is fair to say that adult participants often come to mind. But how many fights could be prevented in elementary and middle school if kids could just “cool it”, stay present and approach their issues with a little downward facing dog? Karuna Yoga is seeking to enlighten “all ages” especially kids ages 4-10 with its kid’s yoga teacher training. As their site proposes, “why teach kids yoga?” Get the answers you seek and some great skills this coming Friday February 5th through Tuesday February 9th at varying times. All the details can be found online here.

Sarah Backhouse and YDT Founder Tracy Hepler are pretty green things at the 2009 EMA's.

Sarah Backhouse and YDT’s  Tracy Hepler were styled courtsey of Vie Bungalow in sustainably stylish Elena Garcia.
