This weekend try Zuddha Girls’ living foods cooking class for guilt-free, raw indulgence!

The girls: Glowing raw foodies Dani Larson and Sophie Jaffe discovered their passion for veganism down different paths, but lucky for us Angelenos, both landed in the same place.

The philosophy: Steering clear of passing fads, the Zuddha Girls keep it clean and simple. They take cues from age-old holistic practices such as Macrobiotics and Ayurveda, and help their clients strip away the excess from their cluttered diets to reveal their purest self.

The truffles: These girls make raw, vegan, gluten & soy-free truffles—and boy are they delicious! Rolled in coconut, decadent and luscious, these little dark beauties will blow your mind.

The classes: Beginning Friday, the Zuddha Girls will teach a four-part monthly series of raw cooking classes at The Gourmandise School of Sweets & Savories at Santa Monica Place. They’ll be teaching a “Raw Decadent Desserts” class in June, followed by “Summer Slim-down Meals” in July. Then onto Healthy BBQ in balmy August and Cocktail Party Foods in September—right on time to keep you on track through the holiday madness! The premier class, “Raw Decadent Deserts,” is on Friday, June 24, at 6:30 p.m. and will cost $55 for one class or $150 for all four.
