First up, Creative Director and Beauty Editor, Alissa Pittenger, reveals what beauty staples she can’t live without:

“[My] makeup bag musts all rate a 1 or lower on the Cosmetic Skin Database. This morning routine (1-6) takes me 5-7 minutes tops,” says Alissa. Look into adding number 7 to the queue for a hot date or a girls’ night out!
