iPhone

Nice List Lite (free): it’s your turn to play Santa. Keep track of gift giving by adding friends and family to your “Nice List” along with what you intend to get them. Keep track of spending too.

hiCard – Holiday ($0.99): O.M.G. you forgot to send your boyfriend’s mother a holiday card! Not to worry, hiCard – Holiday lets you send one straight from your phone.

GiftList ($0.99) – thank goodness for this app! Keep track of what gifts you’ve received, who they’re from and whether or not you’ve sent a merci.

Android:

Christmas Tree Live Wallpaper – better than the real thing? I think not, but it does make for a festive background.

ShopSavvy Barcode Scanner – no paper coupons for you. Simply snap a picture of the item you’re interested in and this app will give you a list of online and local prices to compare.

Gift List – no gift gets left behind. Keep track of who gets what and rest assured all will remain a secret until the big unveiling as this app is password protected.

Available on both Android and iPhone:

CauseWorld (free) – foursquare for the do-gooder. At least you can do some good while waiting out long lines. Check in and receive “karmas” (points).
