Have your pie and eat it too at this week’s Crust and Canning Workshop, put on by KCRW’s host of Good Food and owner of Angeli Caffe, Evan Kleiman. Learn how to bake the “perfect” pie crust then fill it (and later your belly) with sweet summer-stone fruit preserve. Why? Enjoy the fruits of your labor and take home the canned goodies you make during the workshop.
