Petite Spa: The Little Eco-Spa That Could
Petite Spa: The Little Eco-Spa That Could
Don’t be deterred by its size. Step inside Petite Spa’s urban retreat just off Lincoln and Broadway and you’ll be transported into an oasis of eco-pampering. The staff that awaits is friendly, insightful and cultured in the latest green face and body treatments. Three services I highly recommend to try are:
Rosehip Herbal Footbath
Petite Spa draws up a rosehip herb and pink sea salt bath. Your feet relax over smooth pebbles as the warm potpourri water flows around and softens the skin. During the soak, all guests enjoy a glass of Pure+ infused water, which delivers powerful green tea antioxidants to promote healthy skin. Next, be swept away into a sweet floral room where rosehip foot scrub and hot towels await to shift attention into your lower body. The treatment tops off with a relaxing reflexology foot massage. You’ll never want to leave!
Organic Eyebrow Wax
Eyebrows are treated to a delicate grooming with organic honey wax that doesn’t tug or pull. The remaining hairs are removed in a fast and precise plucking technique. A custom dry oil blend is applied around the eye area to calm redness and act as an antiseptic.
Eminence Facial
A fundamental facial using Eminence products, a natural skin care line out of Hungary. The facial includes cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, mask, toning, and exhilarating massage. My favorite elements were The Eminence Coconut Milk Cleanser that makes you feel like Cleopatra, the Epicuren Fine Herbal Facial Scrub for it’s gentle texture, and the Eminence Rosehip Whip Moisturizer that gives deep hydration with the scent of blackberries. Lovely!!
Visit Petite Spa during March where all these treatments take on a ‘Green Theme’ of Pear and Green Apple…yum!
