And not just because I work for them. Actually, I've freelanced for Karyn off and on over the years because I want a discount on her gorgeous clothes, and it's a great place to work. I have a bunch of her recycled cashmere sweaters, and wear my men's hoodie every night at home. She also does some gorgeous pieces using recycled military uniforms and other types of garments, even beaded dresses. Oh, and we're having a studio sale in November. Get on the mailing list to stay informed. Yes, readers, it's more expensive than that Chinese-made cashmere sweater you've been eyeing at the mall. But that's because it's far more labor intensive, and all that hard work was done right here in Los Angeles, where working conditions and pay far exceed those in most other countries.
