This past week thousands of people across the planet found ways to show their support International Climate Action Day. While it was inspiring to see citizens from all walks of life get up and get involved, Sunday’s news of the latest results of the Pew Survey on Global Warming brought reality back into perspective. According to the results, fewer Americans see global warming as a problem caused by man. In fact from one year ago, Americans who believe that there is solid evidence of Global Warming has dropped from 71% to 57%. In one year public support has significantly dropped. While it is not certain as to why this has occurred (some attribute economic concerns, or false propaganda), what is certain is that this statistic is not acceptable.

Speakers Include:
- Mayor Antonio Villarigoso: L.A.’s Mayor and the man who is leading the charge to make L.A. coal free by 2020 (and he is certainly giving Gavin Newsom a run for the title of America’s greenest Mayor).
- Lorrie Vogel: General Manger for Nike Considered (Nike’s sustainable program and shoe line).
- Michael Hopkins: Editor in Cheif of MIT Sloan Management Review.
- Adam Lowry: Co-founder and Cheif Greens Keeper of Eco-Friendly Cleaning Line METHOD.
- Annie Leonard: Inspiration teacher and thought leader behind The Story of Stuff.
