No Impact Man Will Have An Impact

Looking for something with an Impact this Sunday? You can check out a film focusing on New York based author Colin Beavan, who is also known as the “No Impact Man” and by that we mean no impact on the environment. Get a glimpse into Colin’s vow to “make as little environmental impact as possible for one year.” That meant no cars, no electricity, no shopping for the whole Beavan brood (Colin’s wife and two year old daughter were part of this “experiment of sorts” on film too.) Did it impact their family in addition to the environment? Well, you’ll just have to see for yourself when you attend the screening and meet him in person.

Location:  Environmentaland, N. Highland Ave and Johnny Grant Way, Los Angeles, CA 90028. Rsvp: nevette@gmail.com, indicate NIM August 30th, Directions are available on the website www.globalinheritance.org
