No Limit Bootcamp

No Limit Bootcamp

Kettle Bell Workout
We’re halfway through bathing suit season and that means one thing-it’s time to crank up the cardio to ensure that extra confidence at the beach. As an active person myself, I am always looking for new ways to challenge my muscles, break out of my workout rut and to turn up the heat on my calorie burning meter. Luckily I didn’t have to look far, I met Daniel Laga, owner of No Limit training, who leads a kettle bell boot camp on Saturday and Sunday mornings. From 9am to 10am, right off Apian Way and Pacific Terrace, you can come enjoy Santa Monica beach scenery while sweating out your week’s buildup of stress and toxins.  Plus exercising outside is a great way to “green” your workout as you don’t use any electricity or heavy machinery.

Originally from Prague, Daniel loves using the kettle bells for his own workout regimen and for training his group fitness class. Kettle bells come from Russia and Daniel incorporates them in his class because, “The kettle bell is great for building strength, balance, and also improving your endurance.”

Kettle bells alone won’t ensure you’ll be your healthiest, Daniel emphasizes that eating right is a huge component too. He recommends 5-6 mini meals a day, balanced between fruits, vegetables, fiber filled grains and lean protein.

When it comes to wellness, Daniel’s got all the key ingredients you need for a recipe of success. Check out his kettle bell boot camp, for all YDT readers your first class will be complimentary.

Don’t forget to bring a reusable water bottle when you go!
