Growth in Green Jobs
Hard economic times are usually associated with declining job availability. However, this is not necessarily true for green jobs. According to a recent study by the Pew Charitable Trust, 770,000 people currently hold jobs in the clean energy sector. This is near the scale of the traditional fossil fuel based energy sector.
