Peace Love Earth: Recycled Charm Jewelry

Peace Love Earth: Recycled Charm Jewelry

With Peace Love Earth eco-friendly jewelry, it’s easy to make a statement about the things you care about with a simple silver charm. The company’s mantra is to create items that are “Designed to Inspire Positive Change,” so each piece features whimsical charms that express positive beliefs.

Dangling pendant and simple charm necklaces feature the words, “Peace”, “Love”, and “Earth”, as well as peace, heart and flower symbols.  The signature “Seven Wishes” bracelets are strung on organic cotton string, which can be knotted 7 times to remind the wearer of his or her personal aspirations.  The Los Angeles-based jewelry line makes its creations locally and uses recycled paper packaging to reduce its environmental impact.

For a limited time, two lucky readers will win either a Peace Love Earth “Seven Wishes” bracelet ($30 value) or a “PeaceLoveEarth” charm necklace ($80 value).  Simply post a comment below and tell us what inspires you before 6PM PST on 3/28/09.

I am inspired by the fact that nothing is permanant, so we can change anything in our lives or in the world for the better.

I am inspired by teaching our children to care about our earth and people through recycling and doing anything we can to help our world survive.

with unemployment rates skyrocketing, there are now many more people who have learned how to make do with less — less gas (by walking, biking, or taking the bus), less electricity (by turning off lights and unused appliances), less water (by taking shorter showers), less food (by wasting less and sharing more), to name a few.

so what inspires me is that because all these changes are helping the environment, something good is actually emerging from these hard times. my hope is that when we finally see better days, we won’t forget our eco-friendly habits!

earth is very important for all life.

Waking up in the morning inspires me. Every day is a new adventure and I never know what to expect. ;0)

I’m inspired by people who don’t let the bigness of a problem stop them from doing something, who don’t think their contribution doesn’t amount to anything,.

I am inspired any time I see recycle, reuse, anything considered earth fiendly action. Since being laid off last year I started a campaign to shop/.buy/eat local and began a small local business of “upcycling” disgarded and unwanted items I find and collect. I’m inspired to think I’m making some kind of a difference for our Mother Earth. It inspires me to help individuals or organizations that are doing the same. It inspires me that your site is interested in what inspires all of us! Thanks
