We highly suggestion option 2, especially since it happens at L.A.’s Skin Haven.  Skin Haven is an intimate boutique spa committed to making each of its clients experience TRUE relaxation.  Haveners understand the stress, commutes and pollution effects of living in our city.  Therefore, they’ve made a commitment to use only the best ingredients and treatments (we’re talking organic, paraben-free products and having treatments last 75 min. unless otherwise noted).  Hollywood celebs have been benefiting from their treatments too: Heroes’ Star Ali Larter swears by their signature facial with certified organic product line, Eminence.

ydt’s pick happens to be its monthly Spa Lounge.  At the lounge clients are able to choose from two mini treatments while being served cocktails and nibblers as they wait (all for $40 making it one of the best deals in town).  It’s a great opportunity to take a book and relax the hours away, or invite your girl or guy friends to catch up and start off your weekend (, this ydt writer saw a lot of men getting shoulders massaged and feet rubbed too).

They have a full range of treatments to choose from. Our favorites include the custom facial, reflexology and the deluxe foot treatment.  The Spa Lounge is open to everyone but space definitely runs out so it’s best to RSVP early.
