		<description>Great article Candice!  Yes, green is supposed to be about efficiency which in the long-term is cost effective...but in the short term can be just too much to justify. I love the discussion of Dream vs. Compromise.  Just because we have to make compromises doesn&#039;t mean we have to give up on our lofty dreams.  We do what we can, one day at a time.</description>
