Just because Tiger’s golf season is over, doesn’t mean that yours has to be. Whether you’re a semi-pro or fresh on the greens, the Studio City Golf and Tennis Center is definitely worth your while.

The golf course is located conveniently off of Ventura Boulevard with plenty of parking. There is a 9 hole course that you can easily walk on most days without an appointment. The course is not overly challenging, but still makes for a fun, athletic game no matter what your skill level. There is also a large driving range and you can still get a large bucket of balls for under $10. If you’ve mastered the long shot, but still need to work on your putt, there is also a nice-sized putting green that allows you to practice your technique in multiple directions.

If you’re still not a “master” like Tiger, don’t worry. There are plenty of Golf Pros available to help you master the game to the best of your ability in both group and private lessons.

If all else fails, there are many tennis courts next door, and as I’ve said before: “You can always find love in tennis.”

Be sure to visit the course soon as it is set to be torn down at the end of 2008 for a retirement community development.
