We each find our sense of peace in different ways. Some like to paint. Others run. I enjoy sipping a latte at my local café. I allow myself to get lost people watching, daydreaming or aimlessly chatting with strangers. I find that this "coffee time" gives me the mental space necessary to re-wire.
